Since the beginning of time, people have communicated with signs formed by hands and fingers.
The young brand, Fingersymbols, was inspired by this to create original jewelries. From the “up yours” to the “V of victory” through the “I Love You” sign language, whether worn on a pendant, bracelet or cufflinks; you will find a model that suits you!
The Fingersymbols line of jewelry is addressed with humor, impertinence or even insolence, to all those who find themselves in these symbols.
All our jewels are 100% designed and handmade in Paris, France.
We seek inspiration from everyday life, body language, pictures of celebrities and YouTubers.
The major piece of the collection is “Up Yours”.
It’s the first that has been designed/made and is at the origin of the Fingersymbols brand.
From the one hand sign, we create a wax sculpture and then we make it into gold (using the lost wax/offset technique), then we cast it into plaster, and produce a golden model.
Then if we are satisfied with the gold, we make a long-lasting cast to make the series.
I have a financial background and was a banker for 10 years but you know, life is what happens to you while you are trying to make other plans … 😉
If I was not a designer, I would still be an entrepreneur, in any line of business.
My favourite moment of the day is at lunchtime, when I’m not at my office so I can have ideas and be more creative while I walk the little streets of Paris
