I take inspiration from everything that surrounds me: it can be a person, an image, a song, the way someone wears a piece… Travelling is also super inspiring, because it changes your mindset and opens your eyes to different, exciting things.
I also find that by browsing the Internet you can find great inspiration, I search for a lot of vintage images and I always find something that influences the mood of the collections, the expressions we use on t-shirts or even our campaigns.
Simple, contemporary and with a touch of fun.
I’ve always worked in fashion, mainly in communication and sales in luxury houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Nina Ricci, in Paris.
When I got back to Lisbon, I knew I wanted to maintain a relationship with France (where I lived for 6 years) and also with fashion.
I don’t have a technical design backgound, so I decided to start with my favorite piece of clothing, the t-shirt.
It’s very hard to choose a favorite, as this changes from collection to collection, but at the moment, our skirt is a personal favorite.
I’m a bit hectic when it comes to creation.
I usually keep all the images of things I like in a folder in my computer, and I have a big collection of vintage magazines, from which I also draw inspiration from.
I go through them often and rip-off the pictures that feel appealing to me at the moment.
This process can take months, and I feel that the ideas keep coming slowly.
Then, one day, I put everything together in a mood board and just build the collection.
We do our best to be as sustainable as possible.
At the moment, we’re still a small company and we face a lot of challenges to do so, but we’ve recently launched an organic cotton line and we’re working on new packaging, new materials…

Good quality fabrics (we prefer 100% cotton), a weight between 130grs and 180grs, good finishing, a collar that stretches a little bit and nice fit (not too long, not too short).
Writing or working in communication.
Definitely the mornings, when the whole day seems full of possibilities.
